A great day where the sun is shining, decide to go to Cameron Highlands for some food and leisure.
Unfortunately, on the way there found that it is actually raining. The whether there was instantly freezing. It could be easily below 16 degrees throughout the whole trip there. It's been a few years I've never been to Cameron Highlands. And it is interesting to actually feel the breeze since in KL mostly is hot, humid and with flash floods (No thanks to the SMART TUNNEL)
But anyway, started my journey in the afternoon and reach Trinkap almost evening. Once unpacked, it is time to find some food to fill the tummy.
Went to a restaurant which is about 5 minutes drive from the main road. Funny thing is the restaurant is named Tringkap as well. Called some of the dish which seems to be the local delicacies.

The food is quite nice considering the weather. Here's a list of food that is worth to try.
Tofu.
Pork with yam. This is nice although its small portion.
Kampung Chicken. This is quite a healthy dish.

This is something unique from most of the dishes. Fried mushroom. And it is the fastest dish to be finished.
With all nice food, we must always stay healthy and eat our veges.
Fried fish. I find it normal since I don't really like fried fish.
There it goes for my dinner. The night is still young but unfortunately, it is raining. Nevertheless, I tried to go the famous Berinchang pasar malam where it is the biggest at Cameron. But yet, the jam is horrific. Hence, we decide to turn back and go home to call it a night.
The next morning, it is still as cold as last night. But it is no fun to stay indoors, so decided to go to Tanah Rata to have a famous pancake store. This pancake store is owned by an elderly mute couple. But this would not deter them from giving one of the great pancakes.

After a full beast, it is best to exercise ourselves and how else than to go enjoy what mother nature could give us. Fresh air, peaceful day and with loved ones.

After spending the whole day out, it is time to eat again (I just love food). :) This time, it is at a simple kopitiam in Tringkap again.

After lunch, it is finally time to go back and pack to head home. Overall, it is a place where you can relax. Just smell the air and enjoy the scenery. Few things I never manage to try though, the Berinchang pasar malam and looking at sun rise. Well I'll leave that to another day.
